Where city
meets serenity.
Nestled within walking distance of Holland Park and Kensington, Brook Green is one of West London’s most desirable residential sanctuaries. Tree-lined avenues and architectural heritage infuse the area with village charm, yet the excitement of the city is always within reach.
At the heart of Brook Green lies an enchanting green space, ideal for peaceful walks with a coffee in hand, purchased from one of the many local cafés.
This project takes its visual identity from the building’s defining architectural feature: the arch, reinterpreted as a unifying design motif.
The Inspiration.
The art direction draws directly from the building’s signature arches, translated into a graphic language that emphasizes form, rhythm, and continuity.
Equally influential is the site itself, a verdant enclave within the city, which informs a sense of calm and openness throughout the design. Together, these elements establish a cohesive identity that is rooted in place while expressing a refined modern character.
A Reflection of
Architectural Icons.
The visual identity draws its tones from the surrounding landscape. The olive green reflects the natural greenery that defines the area, while the autumn orange takes inspiration from the autumn leaves that bring warmth and character to the setting.
The typography references the work of Berthold Wolpe, whose typeface Albertus still marks the street signs of the City of London. This connection roots the design in both place and history, bridging the contemporary direction with a sense of cultural continuity.
Brochure,
Web & Social.
The creative direction was translated across a brochure, website, and social materials, each designed to embody the serenity, simplicity, and refined character of the area. Every piece integrates the core elements of the concept—the architectural arches, the surrounding greenery, and the unique setting within London—resulting in a cohesive identity that feels both distinctive and enduring.
