FIFTY BROOK GREEN
A Living Legacy.
A preservation of history. A space for modern living.
London Square introduces County Hall Kingston, a sophisticated blend of restored heritage and modern architecture. Pairing the former Surrey County Hall with an impressive suite of contemporary new builds, the development offers private studios, one- to three-bedroom apartments, and three-bedroom duplexes, placing a unique piece of London’s history within Kingston’s dynamic surroundings.

Timeless Heritage,
Striking Modernity.
County Hall Kingston unites a Grade II listed architectural icon with a bold suite of contemporary new builds. The result is a rare harmony of heritage and modernity where intricate period features meet clean, contemporary lines. These preserved details became the foundation of the visual identity, informing a richly textured, maximalist branding approach that captures the project’s depth, character, and sense of legacy.
The Inspiration.
The concept we developed was directly inspired by the building’s preserved details, with a visual approach designed to complement and elevate them.
This direction shaped the full production, from the tone and styling to the lighting and composition — culminating in a cohesive shoot that spanned both still photography and film. Together, these assets capture the depth, character and timelessness at the heart of County Hall Kingston
Brochure,
Web & Social.
With the production finalised, the stills and film were carried through into every touchpoint — from the brochure to social content and the website. Each piece was designed with a clean, editorial approach that allowed the rich details and storytelling to take centre stage, creating a unified visual experience across the entire campaign.
