Emanating lustre across the sky, and flooded with daylight through floor to ceiling windows, London Square introduces The Luminaries — a set of penthouses for those who inspire the people around them.

Overlooking iconic British architecture, each of the three penthouses is designed to reflect and be inspired by its surroundings—embodying excellence in every detail. To enhance this concept, I created subtle, minimalist light animations that mirror the natural and architectural elements interacting with the penthouses.

The art direction embodies the principles of a clean, minimalist design, focusing on refined aesthetics and subtle sophistication. This approach emphasizes simplicity, evoking a serene and timeless appeal that aligns with the essence of modern minimalism.

Cordovan, whose name is inspired by the rich and iconic colours of Battersea Power Station, provides an elevated perspective of Linear Park, the River Thames, and the striking city skyline.
Overlooking the River Thames and infinite city skyline, Azure makes the most of the calm that water brings. Simultaneously reflecting the dramatic lights of the sky with poise and grace.
Set amongst the sky, Verdant derives its name from neighbouring green spaces, such as Linear Park. From your window, watch iconic buildings take shape in the distance.

Building on this concept, we crafted a sophisticated suite of brand materials—including a film, brochure, web layouts, and other collateral—that embodies the essence of luxury and minimalism. Playing with light, reflection, and subtle movement, each piece captures the elegance of The Luminaries, mirroring the interplay of natural and architectural elements that define the penthouses. The result is a seamless visual narrative that elevates the experience, evoking a sense of refinement and timeless design.
